Shipments
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has shipped. Orders may be split into multiple shipments and items ordered together may not ship on the same day.
For personalization, please allow 5 to 7 business days for customization, plus additional time for shipping. If you have any non-personalized items in your order, they will ship prior to your personalized items. Personalized items cannot be expedited.

Shipping Errors & Disputes
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify Prlde before the order is packaged and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.
Backorders & Cancellations
You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
PayPal orders are charged at the time of order submission. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item please contact us at info@prlde.com.
